God's Kingdom Is Generational
Therefore God called Himself the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Jesus is called the son of David, the son of Abraham. Consequently New Covenant believers are called
sons of Abraham. Different generations carry different dimensions, but there is a rich but quite demanding continuation.
Therefore the word 'legacy' has its unique and natural place in the reality of the Kingdom. and it must be given a unique and central place in our terminology, which I made sure it was the case in this manual.
Paul touched this profound issue in his conversation with his son Timothy: “I have fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith.”
What is Paul actually saying, or writing? Is it ‘just’ that he fought, reached the end of his turbulent life and survived in his faith-life? It cannot be the case.
What then?
